Meat Department:
Long Lake Market’s full service meat department features hand cut steaks and chops. Our Prime Beef, Lamb, Pork and Chicken are always cut daily to provide the highest freshness and quality. Our ground sirloin, chuck, hamburger and turkey is ground fresh daily, in small batches, from our own trimmings. We blend together the finest pork and seasonings to hand make our own sausage including: Italian, Spicy Italian, Breakfast, Chorizo, Bratwurst, and Polish Sausages. We also make chicken and turkey sausage products including: Turkey Italian, Turkey Breakfast, Chicken Salsa, Chicken Spinach with Feta and other seasonal products. Shish Kabob made with Beef Tenderloin, Chicken or Lamb is a house specialty.

The meat department offers Boar’s Head Deli Products, Natural Beef, Kurobuta Pork, Amish and Kosher Turkey’s and Belle & Evans all natural Chicken which is antibiotic/hormone free. Our meat department can accommodate any custom cut meat request or cooking question you may have with their over 50 years of combined experience at Long Lake Market.

Fresh Seafood:
We feature the freshest, in season, seafood including but not limited to: Norwegian Salmon, Tuna, Swordfish, Wild Salmon, Whitefish, Perch, Halibut, Scallops, Stone Crab Claws and Shrimp. Our knowledgeable staff can custom cut any fish to your desired needs. We can also make Shrimp Trays for any occasion with our specialty cocktail sauce. Special orders for anything from Live Lobster, to Oysters, to Dover Sole, can be accommodated with a few days notice.
